What types of memberships do you offer?

We offer a full-access membership option on a monthly basis with add-ons such as Dr. Dish.

What amenities are included in the membership?

All memberships include access to our full gym floor, basketball court, officiated games, locker rooms, and cardio and strength training equipment.

Do you offer personal training services?

Yes! We offer personal training sessions with certified coaches. You can schedule a free consultation to find the right trainer and plan for your goals.

What safety measures do you have in place?

We maintain a clean and safe facility with regularly sanitized equipment and monitored access. While we encourage safe practices, members are responsible for their own safety and assume all risk of injury while using the gym.

How do I cancel or freeze my membership?

You can cancel anytime by contacting our front desk or emailing us directly. If you need to pause your membership, we offer a freeze option for just $9.95/month.

Are there any group fitness classes available, and how do I sign up?

Yes! All group-related classes are organized and led by our coaches. To join, speak directly with a coach or inquire at the front desk for available sessions.
